Too many features to list, but the stand-outs include the incredible wraparound glass solarium, hardwood floors throughout, open great room / dining room with soaring tongue and groove ceilings plus a two story stone fireplace. The living area is open to the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with African granite counters, fabulous eating island with lazy susan, Jenn-Air cooktop, built-in wall ovens and solid maple cabinetry.

Bedrooms
The two bedrooms on the main level both offer ensuites, and enjoy panoramic ocean views. (Both have King size beds.)
On the walk out lower level there are three bedrooms of varying sizes.
The first has limited views and is perfect for late sleepers. (King size bed.)
The second and third feature breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. One of these bedrooms is set up as a family suite and sleeps four to seven. (Two convertible king beds plus a kids loft that sleeps two to three )
These three bedrooms share a huge bathroom.

Welcome to your own private indoor swimming oasis! Enjoy the Land Yacht’s 70,000 gallon indoor saltwater swimming pool complete with rope swing. Yes, the pool is heated to 30C/86F year-round!
